But remember if someone has had a problem they are more than likely to comment about it, if it did exactly what they expected then they are probably satisfied and won’t comment as the ‘no news is good news’ ethos applies here. Also be aware that comments are often moderated by site owners, and negative comments may be removed.
If possible talk to someone else who has used the mailing list package they will be best for consultation, although to a very experienced website administrator certain tasks may be easier for them than for someone who has less experience.
